The Medec BRS 300 is the smaller, fully portable version of the BRS 500. Both the mat applicator and the pillow are operated by the control unit that runs on rechargeable batteries. The mat doubles as a bag for the unit. When zipped up, the mat contains all the BRS 300 components and looks like a carry-on bag.
The BRS 300 has all of the programs and intensity settings available in the BRS 500 and therefore produces the same health-promoting energy fields of the 500 model. However, there is no option to use the harmonizing LED glasses or the headphones with the 300.
The fully flexible applicator mat is about a foot and a half wide and over 2.5 feet long and covers the torso of a fully grown man. You can lie on the applicator mat or you can cover your body with it. You can even strap it to your body or to the chair you sit in. The small pillow applicator is about ten inches in diameter and is ideal for putting your feet on. Treating the feet is one of the best ways to help circulation or for acupuncture point applications. It is also ideal for long distance flights or just plain old tired feet in the evening.
For whole body treatment the mat and the round pad can be plugged in and operated at the same time. The BRS 300 control unit has its own coil system built into the unit. This means it can be used without any applicator at all.
The BRS 300 is operated by four AA Batteries. Rechargeable batteries can be used and they are recharged by the built-in charger. The BRS 300 cannot be operated while it is being charged. A fully charged BRS 300 can be operated more than 100 times before recharging. This makes the BRS 300 ideally suited for traveling.
